Sending your luggage is as easy as ABC….
Just follow these simple guidelines

Step 1.
Using our Quick Quote or Book Now, determine pricing and availability.
Step 2.
Complete the order details information by clicking Book Now. This is where you provide exact details of your shipment. The details would include Pick Up and Delivery location; pick date, shipment/contact details and payment information.
Step 3.
After you complete Book Now section, automatically you will receive online shipment confirmation documents consisting of - payment receipt, an Airway Bill and shipping documents (Shipper’s Declaration & Proforma Invoice) "needed by the Customs Department. You will also receive shipment confirmation email and copies of these documents via email to your registered email address for your reference.
Step 4.
Please take some time to read the shipping documents to itemize all contents that needs to be shipped for Customs Department and prepare your baggage for us to pick up. It is very important to accurately list all items that are being shipped in order to avoid any delays while our representatives processing through customs.
Step 5.
Place the items in the chosen location you selected during ordering (Front Porch, Back Porch, Bell Desk) along with the copy of the following documents pasted to your luggage or in an envelope:
- Airway Bill
- Shipping Documents(Shipper’s Declaration & Proforma Invoice)
- a copy of your passport
- Copy of your itinerary (i.e. airline ticket) if applicable or available
If not present during the pick-up time to give our carriers your paperwork, please place them in an easily accessible area for our carriers to retrieve (i.e. on top of items). Please do not place your paper work inside of luggage. Our representatives will pick up your items at the scheduled time and complete all necessary customs paperwork for you.
Step 6.
Now let Abdabag to their job transport, clear customs and deliver your luggage to the final destination of your choice. You may check the status of your shipment online using TRACK function. Your luggage will be delivered safely and promptly to your destination.
